We stand behind the quality of our products with comprehensive warranty coverage.
Ionizer Warranty
All TerraAmp alkaline water ionizers come with a standard 1-year comprehensive warranty covering parts and labor.
- Titanium plates are covered under a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Electronic components and the display panel are covered for 1 year.
- Consumables such as filters and pre-filters are not covered under warranty.
Natural Wellness Range
Due to the consumable nature of our natural wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
